Winifred		So last night I was digging around some bags on one of my bank alts, and I noticed that the Hyacinth Macaw pet I've been saving is now of epic quality?? This is obviously going to make it more valuable than it already was, but has anybody else wondered why they made this particular pet epic?

All I can think of is that its the last truly rare and difficult boe pet that drops in the world. I can't believe they made it epic though. Has there ever even been an epic companion pet?

They most likely made this change for characters who wouldn't otherwise know just how rare the bird is... you know, the folks who might list it in the AH for 1-2g.


Yeah, having it not stand out for something so rare definitely made the auction costs vary a lot.
