Source Need someone good with cars...

Hamaeverob		Ok so i just bought a cheap project car and its having some problems that i'm not to sure how to fix... first it makes a sound thats very hard to descibe, somewhat high pitched, when i go faster it gets louder and when i slow down it gets lower, when i'm at a complete stop it doesnt make it at all, i think its something with my rear but not entirely sure... also i'm 16 and cant drive alone yet so my car kinda just sits in the drive way for now but so the battery doesnt die i go out every night and let it run for a little bit and let it charge up and what not but one night i went to go start it and it woulndn't even crank, the lights flickered and it made a clicking noise...
anyone able to help with this?
