Source Flying mount changes latest PTR patch?

Stelaris
So apparently, Flying Mounts are a 1.5 second cast now on the PTR, and Zarhym said to create a new thread on it. So here's the thread.

Zar, is it intended? Will this be going live? :)

Yes, it is intended. We changed our minds and decided to apply the shortened cast time to flying mounts as well for convenience. The latest version of the patch notes (linked below) still say that only ground mounts will have the reduced cast time. This will be updated in the next version of the 3.2.0 PTR notes.

For those that were confused about the Headless Horseman mount functionality and tooltip error on the PTR (it said "instant cast"), the tooltip should now read "1.5 second cast" which applies whether being used in a flight or no-flight zone.

Q u o t e:

It's not so much the materials as the level requirement and tailoring requirement that concerned me. I'd just like to have my priest's carpet at 60.

I'll inquire about this. :)
