We spent a few hours in Ulduar tonight testing the DPS and Tank patchwerks setup.
For the people who are unfamiliar: The "Tank" test patchwerk is a regular patchwerk, but with around 27 million HP. He does not hateful strike. He simply melee swings, but every 10 seconds he gains a stacking buff of +10% physical damage. Thus, 20 seconds is +20% damage, 500 seconds is +500% damage.
Here's our Stasis parsing of the attempts http://premoguild.com/stasiscl/
And here's WWS http://wowwebstats.com/qvii41shn5zfc
Our goal on the tank test was to see which tank can last the longest, without DPS'ing Patchwerk. Some people DPS'd anyway because they were bored, but generally only to keep up debuffs.
We gave each tank a few attempts to get everything worked out with cooldowns being rotated, etc. Warrior (myself) got to around 27? without the best cooldown usage, didn't go after that as I was more interested in the other tanks. (And knowing warriors are getting a glyphed short Shield Wall + Last Stand made me not too worried about the current possibilities)
Paladin got to around the same - 27-30, somewhere around there. Druid was 38-39. Death Knight was 52

Druid attempt: http://premoguild.com/stasiscl/sws-pwtank-1235957899/index.html
Death Knight attempt: http://premoguild.com/stasiscl/sws-pwtank-1235959307/index.html
I also cropped the first two minutes of combat of each "best" fight for each tank, to see how the damage taken up to that point compares. These parses are from the pull->2 minute mark, and I uploaded them to WWS.
Warrior 2 minutes: http://wowwebstats.com/cbzjlo2ugxojm
Paladin 2 minutes: http://wowwebstats.com/gbwdj3hgagpzg
Druid 2 minutes: http://wowwebstats.com/43xz6ddxuk4dq
Death Knight 2 minutes: http://wowwebstats.com/j5iekhl1lkida
Ignore the "time" of the parse at the top, click on the actual tank to see their time in combat, it should all be about 1:59 - 2:00 ish
We also have a few DPS attempts which were uploaded to Stasis to get it to properly split the logs and show pets at the same time. 2 of 3 show pets.

Raw Log is here: http://files.filefront.com/WoWCombatLograr/;13394307;/fileinfo.html
We kept the Death Knight up as long as we did by rotating cooldowns. The DK was specced blood, and with 3 paladins in the raid, 2 of which were specced Divine Guardian, in addition to a Discipline priest, there was near 100% uptime on a "buffer" ability on the tank.

That's the final moments of the DK tank before he died at the 52nd stack.
Edit: Sorry if some links don't work, re-parsing them a couple of times to try and fix parsing errors, they'll all be updated in time
