[BUG] Quest: The Edge of Winter

The NPC Named Maiden of Winter's Breath Lake is Bugged once someone has released her from her ice tomb she falls into the bottom of the lake and creates a Out of Range Issue that I have not been able to get in range of her to complete the quest.
