[BUG] Black Arrow

Black Arrow is Survival ability, but appears in the Marksman tab of the ability book.

Also, Hawk Eye doesn't seem to be applying additional range to Black Arrow. Still at 35 yards after putting points into Hawk Eye, and have to move in on a target dummy to use.
