According to GC they discussed to keep the aspects off the GCD list

Is this a bug or intended?

The ones triggering GCD are AotD, AotB and AotC on the new PTR build.

Our intent is that they are all off the GCD but have a 1 sec shared cooldown.

I know we have gone back and forth on this. It happens. Sorry for the confusion.
