Smokelock		Does this games balance seriously all come to the head of one person for final desicions.....no council , no group of like minded equally empowered individuals working towards balance for the greater good of the game......you seriously gonna tell me GC is the end all be all of Checks and Balances, because if so that would be a good excuse for how neglected lock pvp is.

The designers come to a consensus on any change that would be remotely controversial. We also get a lot of input from the rest of the team and the community so we can make informed decisions. If I come up with a stupid idea, someone will call me on it, and they would expect me to do the same. If we come up with a crazy idea, we might talk about it for a little then shake our heads and realize it's crazy. I have never overruled anyone nor have I been overruled. That's just not the way Blizzard works. It's a pretty happy place. People feel empowered to do their jobs.

I have no problem with you blaming me for anything you don't like in the game, but I also want to give credit to the literally hundreds of people that work together to make WoW happen.
