Death Rune casting priority issue.

If a Death Knight has death runes up in place of all Unholy and Frost runes (i.e. B/B/D/D/D/D) and attempts to cast Icy Touch, the spell consumes one D(U) rune instead of one D(F) rune, even though the D(F) rune is available for usage.
