Source German Realms?

Fromnack
Just logged on my premade on the realm 'Fordring' and noticed everyone was speaking German.
Is this an actual German PTR realm or are all the english people still asleep?

I'm not at work and thus can't double check this, but I believe these are the correct details, though there's a chance I have Fordring and Remulos around the wrong way. ;-)

Brill - English
Naralex - French
Fordring - German
Remulos - Spanish

It is precisely because of the larger number of languages in the EU that we have 4 PT realms. We ask that irrespective of language, that you always endeavour to treat fellow WoW players with courtesy and respect.

Q u o t e:
While you are at it, Wryxian, also have a look in the copying page. It thinks that all PTRs are PvP realms. But actually only one of the 4 is a PvP realm. The rest are PvE realms. Players should be able to copy chars from both factions (both premades and their own chars) to one realm, except to the PvP realm.

Thanks Xeindruu. Feel like posting in the Website and Forums forum? I believe only Naralex should be PvP, but in past test phases this hasn't always been the case. Unfortunately when they are live it is pretty close to impossible to get their realm type changed, without removing all the character data already on there -- which you can imagine is something we're never very keen to do. ;-)

Q u o t e:
Well since i speak very little german and there was no note of language on the character copy page, any way to move my pre-mades to the english realm?
There isn't, unfortunately. Though I have found Germans to usually be both able and willing to speak at least a bit of English as long as you are polite and friendly. For example, "Hi, I only speak English, can we group for an instance please?" works a lot better than "Speak English you leper gnome!"

Typically many testers ignore the languages of the realms, for example I believe some major English speaking raid guilds deliberately avoid Brill as it is usually more heavily populated. I don't believe we are too worried about this, as long as people treat each other with respect -- though possibly this can depend on faction differences ;-)

I made the same mistake =( Had no idea Fordring is a German realm
Well we may need to be a bit better at informing in advance. <Insert standard disclaimer about our PT phases being provided "as is.">

Personally, all my character copies to Brill failed, so I had to choose another realm instead.
