World of Raids Forums: Character locked, Contact Billing support - World of Raids

Hi there, i have tried logging into the ptr with my battlenet account and it would not let me, i have read a few threads saying about using your old details. I did this and it started working, all the characters i created were on the realms selected, but when i try to log onto them i get an error message saying. "Character locked. Contact Billing for more info" does anyone know whats going on or how to sort this bug?
