When i try to login to Test Realm. It say
"There is no World of Warcraft game account associated with this Battle.net account."
Why is that?

The problem is probably as explained, that the database being used for the PTR accounts is not as up to date as the one you access when you currently log into the game. This means that essentially you will probably be unable to log into the PTR for the remainder of this testing phase.
If so, then sorry to hear that. We appreciate that you wanted to help us test upcoming content on the PTR, and we hope you can join us to test a future patch.
