But wasn't there an alpha version at the WWI also feauturing other classes and their talents?
Technically you can talk about every classes talents now since they were all available at the WWI (except Hunters and Paladins who still are not added). But those Alpha leak sites do have stuff on them that is still NDA protected.

Just wondering how stuff can still be under a NDA while the alpha was playable at the WWI.
Certain things are still covered by NDA. No one was supposed to take pictures or video of the screens for one. Any content from the client itself such as models, icons, etc. are still under NDA. That's why I removed the links people have been providing -- it contains content still under NDA.

I suspect they'll cilp that link too, because it contains graphic icons of the talents, instead of being text-only or using placeholder icons.
I personally think it's beyond stupid to enforce an NDA that one did not personally sign, since it can't be legally binding for anyone NOT in the F&F Alpha, but Blizzard can ruin someone for life just by taking them to court and forcing them to spend their life savings on legal council so I guess better safe than sorry. Just points to the issues with the US legal system heh.

Most of those pictures are datamined though, meaning they have absolutely no reference to the NDA. But guess somebody linked the wotlk alpha instead of the war pirate talent trees?
Anyway here are the talent trees for the few people who didn't see them yet:

You're completely missing the point. The icons in that talent tree are datamined from the Alpha client, so thus those icons are still covered by NDA. The details on the talents themselves are fine -- it's the fact that the website has access to the Lich King Alpha client and is datamining content not available that is the issue.
I've contacted Blizzard for clarification on whether or not the icons themselves are ok, but I'm still waiting on a reply, so until then we're going to have to delete anything with icons not released by Blizzard themselves through proper channels (downloading the Alpha client and datamining it is not a proper channel).

Teza sent a message to Blizzard asking if we can post the talents and will hopefully get a answer some time today. Till then just don't post the link to those talent calculators.

There are Intellectual Property laws that prevent websites from publishing something that is under a Non-Disclosure Agreement, whether the website signed that NDA or not.

You kind of missed the point of the last few posts I guess.
Anyway exceptions to a NDA:
* Information which forms part of the public domain at the time of the conclusion of the agreement, or which then comes into the public domain through no fault that could be attributed to the recipient;
* Information which was made accessible to the recipient by a third holder in good faith, and without the latter violating a confidentiality obligation to which it was held;
* Information known to the recipient before the conclusion of the confidentiality agreement (provided that it is possible to show proof of this);
Are also excluded :
* Information which was obtained in an independent way by the recipient (such as through research undertaken by a collaborator or subcontractor not having access to the information disclosed by the owner);
* Information that the parties decided (in writing) not to subject to the confidentiality agreement.

Also about the icons, those are all inside the game now, the ones that aren't released yet don't show on warpirate.
The only things Blizzard can actually take legal actions against are some screenshots and not adding a copyright line.

I understand people ask questions. But some either didn't read answers or just don't understand.
WoR offer us a pretty fine source of information. It's often the first site to announce fresh news. It is obvious that we'll get what we can get in time.
Let's be patient.

Why Not ? ^^
