Turkinator wasnt that bad for me as I did it on abt the 3rd day at 6am. Plus being a lot of people had done it and most werent alive then. Annoyinh part was the Turkey Lurker I actually had to get a friend to make a Dwarf Rogue.
On plus side a lot of Rogues on my server actually stood dancing outside the banks in Dalaran, guess it saved them being chased around everywhere anyways lol

The Trurkinator was rly a challenge.. I got that ach around 9am cos many ppl are sleeping or working. Also I noticed that horde wasnt working much for the achs so Trisfal was full of turkeys! I dont think blizzard will ever change these achs since many ppl achieved them.

I got Turkinator on the first try right after the holiday began. Granted it was 1 AM or so, but I think even on high population realms the frustration of the achievement can be circumvented by finding an out of the way spot to hunt. They are "Achievements", after all!
I'm curious what other Rogue-specific holiday achievements there were. I don't recall any off the top of my head.

Turkinator wasn't a problem for me once i moved to tristfal for my server, a low horde pop. But what also helped was making a macro that put a skull on my ranged targets to i could find the small far away ones.

Turkinator was super easy. Tracker snacks makes it even easier. If you are alliance you do it by eastvale logging camp where there are like 50 turkeys just sitting between the camp and the mountains.
My problem is turkey lurkey i've yet to find a troll rogue the few i've seen have always been a turkey and you can't use it on them. I still have the terrokar turkey time to do but that you can do anytime if you have the items it looks like.

Agreed, the Turkinator wasn't too bad. I ended up accomplishing it on a couple toons...though granted it was in the pre 9am hours of the morning...and on the Eastern half of Ellwyn forest.
You'd be nuts to attempt it on high traffic hours. But totally doable.

My major issue with Turkinator is a lot of players are saying they didn't have a problem with getting it done because they did it at off hours, which signals part of the problem. It's not necessarily a hard achievement, it's just one that isn't very friendly to complete on high population realms, and can really bring out the jerks in people due to frustration.
I'm not a fan of the holiday achievements so I didn't really bother with Pilgrim's Bounty other than for the cooking recipes (I'm somewhat of a completionist when it comes to professions!), but designing an achievement that encourages players to have to play at off hours to get something done seems like poor design, which is where the improvement could stand for next year.

My realm is quite high pop and I was able to easily get it done during peak hours just by using tracker snacks. And if someone didn't want to use those then they could do it by the end of the event when things died down like they always do.

Turkinator Alliance side took me a while, because I would always run into someone doing his when I'd get around 30 stacks, and that happened both in Eastvale and around the lake west of Eastvale. Unfortunately, when you come a cross a player that comes from where you were going, even with tracking, you're screwed.
When I did it on my Horde, it went fast. I messed up once at 5 stacks going east south of the road to bulwark, then crossed the road and got 40 easily running from turkey to turkey without tracking.
Turkey Lurkey was just the usual difficulties: Alliance side it was finding orc/troll rogues, but you get them if you stay in Dalaran, Horde side it was to find a dwarf rogue, where I had to fly and land on a ledge in the alliance portal room to wait for an unturkeyfied dwarf rogue to run in to the WG portal or to the badge vendor. Usually, if you /w people asking them to remove the turkey costume to use your shooter, they'll do it, and that's mostly why it's harder with opposite faction rogues.
My other annoyance with this holiday is the way the tables are placed in IF. My Horde mage is 72, and I can't avoid aggro from the guards, no matter where I try to sit. Since once you aggro, you can't sit, I had to die several times before managing to sit faster than guards aggro by ressing using /script retrieveCorpse() while spam clicking the chair.

I got turkinator on the first day at around 10 or 11 in the morning on my third attempt. I went all the way over to the area south of eastvale logging camp for the third attempt and got it there.
Turkey lurkey was by far the hardest for me, took a couple of days before I found that last blood elf rogue I needed. I actually resorted to landing on the roofs of the buildings inside the horde only part of dalaran to look for a rogue without feathers.
