3.2 PTR Patch Notes Updated - July 20th, 2009
The 3.2 PTR patch notes were updated on the official PTR forum; below are the changes. Anything crossed out has been removed from the patch notes. What's interesting is the removal of the quest tracking on the map (aka the built-in QuestHelper). Does this mean the feature has been scrapped, or that it's been delayed so 3.2 can release soon?

- Sigil of Arthritic Binding: The bonus damage from this relic is now added after diseases have increased damage by a percentage, instead of before.
Battle.net Mobile Authenticator Update
The Battle.net Mobile Authenticator is now available for more phones. Sadly for those of you using the G1, it doesn't appear to be available yet.
