I had to post another news for this, but don't forget to check the other news for Blue Posts, Guides, and a lot more.  Apparently, according to the San Francisco bay area's NBC news channel, World of Warcraft and gamers in general are a "secret society" with their own language.  Yeah, and apparently this "lingo" is only specific to gaming and WoW; let's completely ignore the rest of the internet.

They need to stop making stupid wank like this to put on the freaking News.
They have absolutely no idea how much they are embarasing themselves...
It makes me angry how they think they have to come and 'investigate our obviously secret society' ... ¬_¬
There are PLENTY of people who don't even play World of Warcraft who say things like; "Epic" or "Pwned" but they don't get frowned upon..? Retarded

Yeah I didn't really get upset over it... I find it absolutely hilarious because her plan to make fun of WoW players (due to it likely having an effect on their relationship) backfired. :)

Hahahahaha that is absolutely hilarious.

Wonder if that guy's really "in the top ten" anything or if that's just what he tells her. If I had a girlfriend that was clueless about the game I'd claim I was the best in the world too. ;)

Yeah... I think she was trying to clown him, but it such such a contrived, coniving attempt that it just made her look bad... just makes me question the news studio's management.

there was a report on dangerous pc-games here in germany where one
phrase actually was: "in the game "World of Final Fantasy Warcraft" ...",
turned off the TV there ^^

You have to be kidding - there is no way that guy is one of the top 10 in the world, not with a girlfriend like that.

EDIT: He's a holy paladin and he's saying he's melting face? That's just.... lol.

Someone needs to contact that stupid bitch and tell her that he's not top 10, he's not even top 1 million. Woop dee doo he got lucky with ashes of al'ar, but he doesnt have arena rating higher than 1700, even with flavor of the month death knight/holy pala setup, and he has NEVER done sartharion with 2 drakes, let alone 1 shot it. He's just a total liar.

His gear isn't horrible, he's a PVP healer -- has 1125 more achievement points than I do, and has probably been playing since early release. HOWEVER, to let your girlfriend do that to you on television ...

she has to give FANTASTIC bj's for all the shit he's going to put up with now that everyone has his name ... though, she probably does. She's effin' cute.
