New Skins for Blizzard Launcher, Blizzard Downloader and Blizzard Updater
The skins for both the Blizzard Downloader and Blizzard Updater have been modified for patch 3.0.8. The Options menu has been updated with a new skin as well, and includes the ability to change various game settings from the launcher, before the game starts.
Changes
As with last time, skill changes courtesy of wotlkwiki.info.
General
- [Libram of Reciprocation] - Changed to increase Critical Strike rating instead of Haste Rating.
Enchanting
- Enchant Weapon - Titanguard - Stamina value reduced from 75 to 50. Enchant is still missing from trainers/vendors just like the last PTR build.
Death Knight (Skills / Talents / Glyphs)
- Vampiric Blood - Temporarily grants the Death Knight 15% (was 20%) of maximum health and increases the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 35% (was 50%) for 20 sec. After the effect expires, the health is lost.
Druid (Skills / Talents / Glyphs)
- Celestial Focus - This no longer works with Starfall.
Hunter (Skills / Talents / Glyphs)
- Tranquilizing Shot - Mana cost reduced to 8% (was 12%) of base mana.
- Lock and Load - Proc chance increased to 3%/7%/10% (was 2%/4%/6%).
- Spirit Strike - Changed to apply additional damage when effect ends, rather than over time.
Paladin (Skills / Talents / Glyphs)
- Glyph of Turn Evil - Reduces the casting time of your Turn Evil spell by 100%, but increases the cooldown by 8.0 sec.
