New Brewfest Boss & Epic Drops, PTR 2.4.3 Patch Notes Update

New Brewfest Boss & Epic Drops

Some changes to this year's Brewfest have been added to the PTR for testing purposes, one of them is the addition of a new boss lvl 70 in Blackrock Depths - Coren Direbrew, who is located in the Grim Guzzler. The mole machine directly to the right as you zone in should transport you to the Grim Guzzler, so you won't have to clear all the way up to him.

From what we learned his loot table include 4 different epic trinkets and 1 epic melee dagger. See images below for more details.

Coren Direbrew's loot table:
Empty Mug Of Direbrew (Melee DPS Trinket)
Dark Iron Smoking Pipe (Caster DPS Trinket)
Brightbrew Charm (Stamina Trinket) -> summon a Brewmaiden (The Brewmaiden fights and has a buff aura which heals the party for 71hp/2s)
Coren's Lucky Coin (Tanking Trinket)
Direbrew Hops (Healing Trinket)
Direbrew's Shanker (Melee DPS Dagger)

Note: Blizzard decided to not give Alliance the Brewfest Kodo Mount. More details here.



PTR 2.4.3 Patch Notes Update

PTR patch 2.43 notes have been updated for Mage and Warlock:

Mages

• Frost Armor, Ice Armor, Mage Armor, and Molten Armor are no longer Magic effects and cannot be dispelled.

Warlocks

• Curse of Shadows: This spell has been removed.
• Curse of Elements: This spell now applies to Arcane and Shadow damage, as well as Frost and Fire.
• Demonic Sacrifice: This ability will now interact correctly with the Spirit Guide resurrection system in battlegrounds. A sacrificed pet will not be resummoned on death, and will not prevent keeping a record of the most recently created pet.
• (new) Demon Skin, Demon Armor, and Fel Armor are no longer Magic effects and cannot be dispelled.
  
• Health Funnel: This ability will now cancel channeling when the target pet is Banished.
• Ritual of Summoning: The mana cost of this spell will now be properly deducted when cast.
• Summon Felsteed is now available at level 30.
