The Oracles
The Oracles are a faction added to Wrath of the Lich King. It serves as an option out of two for players questing in the Sholazar Basin.
Often referred to as "Northrend's Murlocs", The Oracles have been the natives of Sholazar Basin for the longest time of the two factions. They are a peaceful tribe hoping to upkeep the Titan traditions and knowledge left to them long ago.
Unfortunately, with the advent of the Scourge, the Frenzyheart Tribe has also taken up residence in the Basin, and, despite their best intents at living peacefully side by side, they are entrenched in an on-going war.
To grind up either reputation to full, you will need to first finish a long series of quests that will make you aid both Frenzyheart and Oracles, culminating with the quest "A Hero's Burden". It is then when you will decide which faction to help out.
You are only able to raise your reputation with The Oracles through a set of 3 daily quests per day, 2 of which can vary randomly as they reset. If you do all 3 dailies per day, you are looking at 20 days to reach Exalted with The Oracles.
Key NPCs
This NPC is the leader of the Oracles, and will accept you into the fold once you complete the series of quests for the Frenzyheart Tribe that lead you to be friendly with The Oracles. In addition, he will also give you the daily quest "Appeasing the Great Rain Stone" and let you take one of three Oracles companions with you every time you visit to hunt in Sholazar Basin.
Geen is the NPC in charge of keeping the Oracles items - he is right beside High Oracle Soo-Say, and will gladly sell you items should you have enough reputation for them. Keep in mind that neither Frenzyheart nor Oracles have Tabards, so you will only gain reputation through daily quests.
