Hello, the Tobacco Industry is currently looking to expand it's core group of raiders into a competitive 25 man raiding guild. The guild currently is comprised of a core group of friends that has been raiding since release, we enjoy raiding with each other and we're looking to grow from there. In order to do this we need to bolster our roster to fill the needs of current content. So, we've decided recruiting was in order! So with that, a few things before we go on...
We're currently in need of the following:
Shaman
Druids
Warriors
Priests
Hunters
Paladins
Rogues
Mages
We're rather full on DK, and warlocks, however if you feel you'd be a good fit, all apps are always taken into consideration. Now with that, here's what we can expect and you can expect.
* You must have a knowledge of your class and what the proper spec is for the job at hand.
* We ask that you at least be geared in naxx 25 gear, gear above that level is a plus.
Exceptions to this can be made with exceptional players (IE rerolls)
* Your situational awareness must not be that of a blind person walking through baghdad. This means you are capable of putting out adequate dps, exceptional healing/ tanking, all while dodging fires, not standing in the big black void zone or getting his by the very slow moving black and white orbs. You get the idea.
* You, by now, should be capable of supporting your raiding, IE; bringing the correct consumables to raids and being able to cover your own repair costs.
* We're not a hardcore guild, but we have progression based mentality, therefore we require you to make the majority of the nights we raid. We have a shorter raid week than most guilds, so attendance is key.
* You need to be able to take what at times may be harsh criticism, you also must make an effort to improve yourself if you find that you're not up to snuff at what you're doing.
* You need to not be uptight prick, blatantly, guild Chat is far from G rated, so you can expect the same in raids. If you can't handle being non-pc, then you should probably close this and go join "Happy Kitty parties, united". Have a sense of humor. This means don't be uptight, most of us have been raiding together for 4 years, we're open to people, but you have to be the same with us. We'd like to add to the family we have.
With that out of the way, our raid schedule is short and to the point, trying to squeeze the most out of a small period of time.We may expand our schedule when we get further into more demanding content but for now our schedule is as follows
* Sunday - Thursday 7:30pm- 12:00am EST, we may go later or earlier depending on each raid.
