ScrubBusters! Who Are We? Sniff up our atmosphere by having a look at SB guild media
Jul 21, 2009: ScrubBusters is a guild formed from two previously top guilds on The Maelstrom. Both guilds felt they didnt have enough active and reliable raiders to form raids able to take down new hard-modes.
So after a few days of discussion it was decided to take to best and most active from both guilds and bring them under 1 name.
The main purpose of this is to be the best, top the realm rankings and climb higher up the world positions. This is what the officers and members want to do, and if they aren't bothered about the rankings then they are here because they enjoy playing at the top with other people who put in as much effort as themselves and everyone else does.
Since forming we have achieved great things already and this will hopefully continue into the new raid instances.
Here are a list of things we have completed as a new guild in the past, many being realm firsts(only achievements neither guild had previously attained before);

If you feel that you are an
exceptional applicant and want to be a part of what we are achieving then please make your application on our forums and it will definitely be considered.
A few tips before you think about applying;
1. You MUST have TWO crafting professions (Blacksmithing, Jewelcrafting, Alchemy, Enchanting, Tailoring, Inscription, Leatherworking and Engineering) - Gathering professions are NOT allowed and will result in an instant decline. You have alts, dailies and the Auction House for making gold.
2. Do not rush your application, filling open questions with 1 word answers is not the way to go.
3. You will most likely be questioned in your application thread, this is because we want to know and understand more about you and your character, do not get pissy with us, it will only end badly for you.
4. Attitude, attendance, personal performance and computer performance is what distinguishes you between trialist and raider, you can be an awesome player, but if your computer shuts down every 2 hours, we dont want you.
5. If your internet connection is unreliable, you should stop reading.

You are expected to attend 80% plus of all raids, if you accept the invitation on the calender you have to turn up, do not just accept because it looks better. We need reliable people, not people on log on after a raid has been built and expect a spot then cause drama because they claim they don't get to raid.
We use our own 3.0 Ventrilo server, you are expected to be able to communicate on it when necessary.
So maybe you are thinking this is all sounding very serious, well, during progression raids it kind of is, people are paying attention and don't want to make stupid mistakes and cause more wipes. Though during trash or farm bosses, Ventrilo and raid chat get lively, jokes are made about other players and countries, guild chat is spammed by the usual people and it is generally a fun atmosphere - if, for any reason, you take offence easily and cannot take jokes directed at you, it will most likely not be fun. That's not trying to say we bully all new recruits, far from it, you do need actually have some man-balls however (if you are female I apologise).

TM is a mid size population realm with a very multicultural flair based around English as its central language. A strong PvE culture and active PvP business going on on both sides organizing World PVP. This allows players to enjoy every aspect of the game, without huge overcrowding problems or server stability issues.
