Delirium, #1 guild of Zul'jin is open to recruiting a select few more highly skilled and aware players of the following classes:

Pally - a Holy/Ret dual spec
Pally - a Prot with an unhittable set for Anub.
Priest -
Disc/Holy- Disc Main spec but must be comfortable playing Holy as well!
Priest - Amazing Shadow priest wanted.
DK - Unholy DPS
Druid - Feral Dps with another viable offspec!
We're not looking for average, run of the mill, players that think they might be good enough for top 100. We have a healthy roster and are only interested in a couple excellent players to improve upon an already great team.

Delirium uses a loot council system for distributing loot in order to make sure it gets put to use in a way that will maximize raid performance.
Our current raid schedule is: Mon-Thurs from 7:30PM - 11:30PM EST time (6:30 - 10:30 CST).
Some things Delirium has to offer:
* A serious raiding guild with a strong drive to progress, while still maintaining a fun environment where guild members are friends.
* A long history of raiding competitively! Many of our members have been raiding together a long time under several guild names.
* Strong leadership that cares about the guild and individual members, your opinions, ideas, suggestions, etc aren't ignored!
* Thorough application process, meaning we don't invite anyone that doesn't pull their own weight! Everyone has a say in potential apps, we want people we can rely on and get along with!
* A relatively light 4 day 16 hour/week raid schedule, plus optional 10 man and older content raids on off-nights.
* Guild repairs for raiding members 24/7.
* Enchants provided by the guild bank for all gear used for specs we actively have you raiding with us.
* Zul'jin is a high pop server with many benefits. There are a high number of active raiding guilds, successful pugs of all content for gearing up alts, and a healthy economy!
Who we're looking for:
* You MUST have a stable connection and computer! We're not interested in hearing you couldn't do your job because your computer couldn't perform or having you wipe us because you DC'd!
* People with experience on most Ulduar Hardmodes and all ToTC fights at least on normal difficulty.
* Have a minimum of a T9(232) gear level or better.
* This gear must have the best gems and the best enchants that are currently available.
No exceptions on this.
* If you don't meet our gear/experience requirements but strongly feel that you're an excellent player and can learn quickly we can make exceptions if you prove it during your app process.
* People with a good attitude about progression! Wiping and learning encounters can be frustrating for everyone and we all make mistakes, lets not get bent out of shape about it!
* A good attitude about self-improvement. We're always evaluating your performance and so should you! Take advice well and do everything you can to improve.
* We're not looking for people with ego problems, emo issues, those with a huge sense of entitlement, etc. If you can't keep these things to yourself and out of the guild, please do not apply.
