Hellion is always looking out for exceptional applicants even if the requirement for a certain class is on low priority. We are currently working on Anub?arak hardmode. Our plan is to continue raiding at the same level in future and work hard for realm first.
| Guild Description |
Hellion has been an active raiding guild since April 2005 when it was founded, making us one of the oldest successful raiding guilds on the realm. We have always focused on PvE progress and take endgame raiding seriously. We will keep striving to compete for realm firsts, and expect our raiders to be dedicated to the same cause. We wish to build a guild of serious, dependable and intelligent players, who know this game, its mechanics and their own class very well and who are willing to do what it takes to progress.
Our main goals in the game are to defeat all raid encounters and achievements Blizzard introduces, to be amongst the guilds fighting for realm first kills on The Maelstrom and to be a social community to our members and the rest of the people playing with us on the realm.
| What Can We Offer You? |
We offer you a
stable raiding environment with
good leadership, freedom to express your opinion and plenty good fun to boot. Our officers and raid leaders have extensive experience in both guild and raid leadership, and are dedicated to guild well-being and progress. Most of them have been playing the game since first beta. We never go mindlessly into raids, there is always an extensive preparation in place, to make everything run as smooth as possible. We will always strive to be the best we can, and be as fair as possible to all members. We offer you a
mature community with many options to join 10-man raids on off times, and plenty loot and achievement rewards to go around. Lastly, we will never abandon the guild when things don't go as smooth as usual, we will stick by and work through any obstacle set in our way.

We are interested in
mature, dedicated players who are
serious about raiding and whose primary interest is to advance fast through PvE content. We want players with a
firm grasp of all aspects of their class and game mechanics who are not easily offended and can take criticism. Most of all we want someone who is constantly striving to improve their character and their knowledge of the game and are available when guild needs it.
What we require from any applicant before considering them:
:: Armory profile needs to show your
knowledge and dedication to your class. This means you have a proper raiding spec, best enchants and gems, professions which boost your character in a raiding
environment and reputations needed for PvE purpose.
:: Having gear level which enables you to perform well on hard modes is a big bonus, the least we require is
Trial of the Crusader (25men Normal) (Tier 9 with some item level 226 off-slots is acceptable).
:: Prior
raiding experience is a must. You need to understand the concept of progress raiding and what it entails.
:: We expect a high level of
activity from you. We do understand that sometimes real life makes it impossible to be there, but we still want you to be active enough to invest in you.
:: You need to be able to use
Ventrilo and speak if necessary.
:: You are required to use
raiding addons such as Omen, oRa2, Deadly Boss Mods/Bigwigs and for healers having a raid display is a must.
After being accepted into Hellion, you will go through a trial period where the established members will review, evaluate and discuss your activity and performance. The trial will last for approximately three weeks.
