i'm dissapointed with the emblem changes, all over TBC again BT quality items from heroics after running them for weeks (with 3 emblems from dailies each day for t9 items)

Sooo... No one comments about THE change for rogues? I mean, we can now use axes. You know, AXES. Hunters, prepare for more rogue competition for weapons

Weird way to go for solving itemization problems :P

Hmm, nice notes overall, though I'll admit I'm surprised with the emblem changes. Guess Blizz thought it was getting too complicated overall.

Maybe you were the one to fail to real all the patch notes

Anyway... to sum it up:
any objective completed/win in a BG now gives Exp.
Exp is slower then the one using the same time in PvE

Still... how long does it take to level from 19 to 20, while questing, killing mobs? A couple hours, at most. So, lets assume the new BG exp is 20% of it... in less then a week the twink leveled.

Now, he could use the "stop Exp" new thingie, but... while using it, he will only, and ever, face only twinks.

Bottom line, twinks are not dead, exactaly, but they are OUT of the normal roads, the ones that normal alts, new players, use.

Normal players face normal players only, twinks face twinks only.
That is the thing we were asking for, all along.

And... sicne twinking is all about skill that is also the thing twinks asked for

they way I'm reading this is that people will have no choice but to get exp during battlegrounds because it is gained through battleground objectives IE
the horde has captured the farm
the horde gains 1300 exp
or something of that nature.

Eventually if a twink wants to stay a twink in say the 39 bracket you will be forced to turn off your exp gain. If your exp gain is turned off when you que for a BG you will only que up against other people who have it turned off. Logically the only other people that would turn this feature off would be people with the same mindset as you IE other twinks.

I personally find this awesome because it would give twinks an area to measure their "Skill" and my alts could finally grab a nice pair of epic bracers to continue leveling with without having to lose 20 WSG matches that take way longer then they should have.

Twinking may not be dead as in gone but its dead to me as in i don't have to worry about it anymore

Not really, there are diferent ways to look at the same thing.
Those that dont care about twinks, will simply not even hear (ok... they will, but, that's not the point ) about twinks. They will seem pretty dead.

Those in twink world will keep on being in it, they will just have less cannon fodder to butcher.

I guess many people will now join the twink ranks since it is "easy" to actually twink.
While many "old" twinks will just cry and stop playing them, since they were after the easy, 1 hit kills, in hte first place.
