Delusions of Grandeur on Draka is a guild filled with skilled and dedicated players. Currently we are looking for a few key additions to our roster for Icecrown. We have currently downed all content except Yogg+0.
Our goal is to recruit committed players with extensive raid experience. That said, all applicants are looked at on a case-by-case basis. A focused, progression-oriented attitude and the willingness to commit to maximizing your performance are important. So that being said, we are currently recruiting:

Loot:
We use a Zero-Sum DKP system (called SPP), and in our experience it is among the most fair and equitable automated loot systems available. With our system, when you upgrade a slot you've already received a piece of loot for, the upgrade is cheaper, thus encouraging picking up upgrades. The system discourages raiders from hording their SPP.
Our Expectations:
-Participation - We raid 4 nights a week - Sunday, Monday Wednesday, Thursday (7:30pm to 11:30pm). Members are expected to try for 100% attendance. (75% is required to bid on loot using our system).
-Focus - DoG is a PvE guild. We certainly support PvP and if you enjoy PvP more power to you, but we expect members to be specced/geared/gemed/etc. for raids come raid time.
-Expertise - Members are expected to know their respective raid role and continually work to improve their play ability and gear to better fulfill this role. This also means being prepared with the necessary consumables for raids.
-No Drama - We strive to minimize the unnecessary politics and drama that seem to always appear with raiding guilds. Members are expected to constructively raise concerns. This means directly confronting issues that might occur with fellow members, leadership decisions, loot calls, etc.
