Void is a Horde guild on Mug'thol (PVP/Central) working towards a Tribute to Insanity (25-player). We have achieved a Tribute to Mad Skill (25). We raid from 7 Central Time until midnight Sunday through Thursday. Raids will occasionally last longer if we are pushing for a boss kill or working on progress.

About Void:
Void was formed shortly after launch and has been actively raiding for over 4 years. The core of the guild has been playing together for roughly 2-3 years, some even longer. The vast majority of the guild?s members are college age, thus guild chat and Ventrilo tend to be fairly graphic. If you have an issue with frequent profanity, then it is in your best interest not to app to Void. We don't have the most serious raiding environment when it comes to farm content and it can be very laid back. However, you are expected to focus and concentrate when needed during progression raids. Also, if you can?t handle what at times may seem like harsh criticism, or tend to get extremely emo when criticized, you also may not want to apply.
Void has been the top guild on the Mug'thol server since the launch of the Burning Crusade and that continues through Wrath of the Lich King. In WotLK, we were one of the first guilds in the U.S. to complete The Immortal. Throughout TBC and now into WotLK, Void is one of the top raid DPS guilds. Although that may not seem like it means much to you it does in fact show the dedication of our members in getting everything out of their class and of course it validates their hard work. Applicants will be expected to come in and immediately perform at the same level as our members.
Applicants should:
- - Be extremely knowledgeable about their class as well as the boss encounters.
- Have the majority of the gear they need from Ulduar-25 Hard Modes and Trial of the Crusader Normal-25.
- Be self-sufficient and come to raids prepared with all consumables they will need for any given raid.
- Have gear that is gemmed and enchanted optimally (epic gems, no cheap enchants).
- Glyphs and Talents are up-to-date.
- Have a microphone and be able to use Ventrilo during raids. Not communicating pertinent information over Ventrilo is a huge detractor.
- Have a stable Internet connection. If you disconnect regularly, do not waste our time applying.
- Have 90%+ attendence for an extended period of time. We're not looking for players who can only play reliably during certain times of year.
- Be able to think for themselves and take initiative during raids, however, following directions is crucial too.
- Have extensive raiding experience. End of Sunwell Plateau (M'uru/Kil'jaeden, prenerf-3.0) is a huge plus.
- Provide WWS/WMO logs to detail their skill and abilities.
