About the Guild:
Those Guys is a close knit, down to earth, and very effective 25man rading guild on the US-Turalyon server.
We are recruiting skillful, quick to learn, and ToGC ready raiders to continue progression.
At the moment we are:

- 5/5 ToGC10 [Tribute to Mad Skill]
Raiding Schedule
25 mans
Tuesday 8:00 - 11:00pm EST
Wednesday 8:00 - 11:00pm EST
Thursday 8:00 - 11:00pm EST
(EST is Server Time)
10 mans
Our Raiders have the choice to start their own 10man groups as they see fit.
At the moment we have 2 member managed 10man teams working on Ulduar and ToC hard modes.
Invites go out 20 min before raid time.
What we expect of our applicants/raiders
- Be consistent about raiding. (Be on time, be available for the whole raid, etc)
- Be geared appropriately for the current progression we are attempting.
- Research your class.
- Research the boss fights.
- Research your gear.
- Be able to take criticism.
- Consider yourself necessary but not irreplaceable.
- Have a stable Internet connection.
We are a guild made mostly of young busy students/professionals and we take that into consideration when we raid, meaning we do not like to waste time.
We are not a Hardcore Guild but we take RAID TIME very seriously and we certainly do not like unnecessary wipes.
Drama is something we do not tolerate but we do take into consideration that everyone can't simply have a smiley face on everyday of the week either.
Current Positions Available
We run with a slim 30 Raider Roster with rotations. (meaning everyone will see action on every raid lockout)

Bear Druid with a strong dps offspec
(1) HEALERS:
Holy Priest
MELEE DPS:
Combat Rogue
Unholy DKs
Loot System
We use SK Loot System for ToC and ToGC 25mans with dual ladders, one for tier loot and another for all the rest.
Class specific items (Librams, Relics, Totems, etc) get random rolled for.
Ulduar25 is working under random roll at the moment, unless a raider wants to spend their Non-Tier Loot SK Spot for a specific drop.
For new members (Initiate Rank), we have a 3 raid lockouts (3 weeks) trial period where you are not yet entered in the SK Lists but rather get first dibs on any item once all members and raiders have passed on it for main spec.
Once you prove your commitment and worth during those 3 raid lockouts, you'll earn your spot in the SK List and become a Raider in our guild.
