Unless they've changed the configuration since their beta (two weeks), Bartender, in order to modify a single bar you need to open your lib-rock panel, select the bar you wish to modify then make your adjustments through the lib-rock panel.

Bartender also does not include a "roll" bar for items being rolled on which is included in Dominos.
By simply right clicking on any of the grey areas in this screen shot, you get a menu to modify that bar. There are also global settings and it's compatable with Button facade or OmniCC.
Not in this screenshot, but they've also included a vehicle bar and there's a XP bar (also not in Bartender4).
No menu config, all done at the bar level. Much easier.
Also Ace mods are currently going through a serious overhaul since many of the libaries have been broken for a while.
In the end, I've used both. I'm a huge fan of testing all mods before using them. I've used trinity bars also. I'm saying that Dominos is superior, not based purely on a personal opinion, but because everyone I know who switches to Dominos agrees.
