Fractured is a long established Horde Guild on Bloodscalp EU (pvp). Below are a few points to give you an idea of the sort of guild you would be applying to:
Strong, long-term community:
We have been running 4 years, with some members here since Beta, which means that they have never seen anything but this guild. The guild has built itself up and has been through highs and lows but has always kept going. There is a strong, long-term community of international, relatively mature players (average age is around 22) with many good people and players joining us along the way and (hopefully) sticking with us.
Focus on Progress, without going Hardcore:
We required raiders in Fractured to attend 3 raids/week minimum. As we raid 5 times, sunday to thursday 19.30/23.30, this means that 60% attendancy minimum is required. We believe there is a life outside of wow, so as long as you know your game and you come prepared, you dont need to go completely hardcore to stick with us (but we wont blame you for attending 100% ofc
). We are therefore looking for the following qualities:
-Attendancy (60%+)
-Perfect knowledge of your class (reading EJ, perfecting UI, participating in in-class discussions on technical aspects of your class, etc.)
-Preparation to each and every raid you attend
-Beeing active on our guildforums
-Good people skills, mature personality who knows how to take criticism but also knows when to have a good laugh and wants to be part of a group of friends

We have killed The Northrend Beasts, Lord Jaraxxus, The Faction Champions and The Twin Valkyrs in 25man HEROIC TotGC.
We have completed Glory of the Ulduar Raider in 25man + killed Algalon 10man (horde first) and 25man (horde second).
