Edit: actually no. I checked it out and that quest is a simple repeatable quest you can do many times every day to recieve the MotW buff again.

Oh yea, that was it. Did it so quickly couple of weeks ago that i didn't notice that buff, only saw that there was something blue over npc head before world server crashed so i just assumed it was daily quest.

Wow, repeatable quests which give 4 or 7 gold - what kind of crap is that - i was expecting 20-30 gold out there. I wonder if they plan to nerf the ones in the old world. Better make a ton of gold while there is still time.
(Or perhaps Blizzard really want you to buy it

I am not sure if he is using the numbers the quests usually give when you are leveling or the quests at 80 when you get the XP to gold conversion. You also need to remember there will be higher level dailies in Storm Peaks and Icecrown. For example those Storm Peaks dailies give 20-30 gold.

very handy guide of what we can be looking for when the time is right
They seem a little spread, so while the time it takes to do some of them doesnt seem a lot, is there a lot of travel time involved

Blizzard has really been gunning the Asa tro engine xD
Niffelem = Nifleheim
and Garm is the watcher who makes sure the dead stays on the path to Hellheim.
Gonna be muj fun to see all the other references to our old religion remade in Wotlk.

I would assume that the XP values for turning in these quests before the cap, would be close to that of turning in a similar quest. Doing the PvP daily quest while you are leveling gives you XP around the same as another quest at that level. The only difference being that the pvp daily 'scales' in level as you do >.>;

Hmm... in TBC i liked that there were a lots of 'normal' quests, and compared to the number of normal quests, only a few daily quests. I hope this will stay this way, or otherwise casuals will be bored quite soon. For example in LineAge2, most quests are grinding quests - they are repeatable more then once per day. Most casuals get fed up with them soon, and in general, people there have much lower interest in questing, due to the utmost boringness and repetitveness of the quests.
I must say that's a horrible thing, but having dozens of daily quests are almost that bad... So i hope for more normal quests with lore, story, etc - and not for more grinding.... :-/
Also, there's not much info about group quests. Anyone seen 5men, 3men, etc. quests yet?

There are over a hundred regular quests in each zone, and only these 17 dailies altogether. That's 900 quests against 17 daily quest. It stays the way you like them.
There are many group quests too, every zone has at least 6 or 7, almost all of them are 3man.
