Analysis:
1) "parasitic, necrophotic symbiotes." - Old gods
2) "Old Gods rendered all systems, including Earthen defenseless in order to facilitate assimilation." - rephrasing: Old gods rendered all systems defenseless in order to facilitate assimilation.
3) Assimilation termed as "Curse of Flesh" - well you know what it means; non-flesh creations turned into flesh over time. Possible time-period: Before the War of the Ancients
4) "Creators arrived to extirpate symbiotic infection. Assessment revealed that Old God infestation had grown malignant. Excising parasites would result in loss of host." - The Titans (note

"went back" to Azeroth (in other words, they've been here before). The Curse of Flesh has grown and spread among the "First Creations". Killing the Old gods will result in Planet Azeroth to be destroyed. It is safe to assume that after the Titans killed the 'other' old gods, some drastic effects were felt and seen in Azeroth, so instead of killing them, they decided to imprison them deep within Azeroth.
- We can also assume that the deaths of the 'other' old gods resulted in the other side of Azeroth to be mostly water (if the globe of the planet is accurate - which I doubt).
5) "Creators neutralized parasitic threat and contained it within the host." - Old gods were imprisoned deep within Azeroth instead (as was said in #4)
6) "Aesir and Vanir or in common nomenclator Storm and Earth Giants" - Aesir -> Storm Giants; Vanir -> Earth Giants.
7) "Sentinel Loken" - Supreme Protector.
8) "Dragon Aspects appointed to monitor evolution of Azeroth." - that explains why they prefer to keep away from the affairs of the mortals.
9) "Forge of Wills and other systems were instituted to create new Earthen. " - confusing. What or who is/are the "Forge of Wills"? If we re-phrase the sentence: 'Forge of Wills were instituted to create new Earthen' and 'Other systems were instituted to create new Earthen'. In other words, the Forge of Wills is a 'system' (could be an "order of things" or a machine or other Beings) that was instituted. We can safely assume that the "Forge of Wills" is not the Titans.
10) Going back to a time before the New Earthen were put into stasis, The Storm and Earth Giants went to war
11) impetus - moving force rephrasing: "the moving force for global combat originated with prime designate Loken who neutralized all remaining Aesir and Vanir affecting termination of conflict" - Whatever Loken did, it caused a war between the two Giants, which later Loken neutralized (possibly realized what he has done???) - could this be referring to the Titans vs the Burning Legion war - The War of the Ancients?? So who is Loken then? The Kaldorei? It seems so. The Kaldorei were the reason for the war, the Kaldorei was also the prime reason for the end of the war. BUT, see next point.
12) "Prime designate Loken then initiated statis of several seed races including Earthen, Giant and Vrykul at designated holding facilities." - "Seed races" who are these? We only know the "new Earthen" and another one, which both became the Dwarves and Gnomes respectively. - If Loken is a reference to the Kaldorei, who then? So this means 'Loken' is not the Kaldorei, the Kaldorei's do not have the power or authority to order races into stasis but they are aware of the existence of the "old/original Earthen". (Thus the possibility of 'Loken' being the Kaldorei is still possible.)
13) "the original Earthen eventually woke up from this statis" which are the Dwarves. Since this was after the stasis, it can be assumed that the "New Earthen" the Forge of Wills created was the dwarves. Especially since that the diagogue went from "after the forge of wills to further back in time during the 'War'".
What's your analysis?
And who are the "seed races" that were put into Stasis??
We can say the Kaldorei were in a "statis" because they disappeared from history.
So once again, where did the Humans came from? Who were they "before" the old god "resistance is futile" days??
