i would imagen the arena change with pre cast temporary buffs it somthing to do with the ability to see other players before the game starts in dalaran arena. 99% chance im wrong tho

I am digging this new sham talent. Helps out to give us even greater adaptablity to heal through unforseen circumstances and will greatly help out with the new Crit Based procs we have recieved. I wish i was on the beta to test, but I really like on paper how Resto Sham's are being rounded out and turning into a more robust healer class.
