I believe there is a typo above If someone could clarify that would be great. :P
I do not believe that Phase 1 ends and Phase 2 begins: July 17 ,2008. June 17,2008 would make much more sense as that is 2 weeks after the start of phase 1 and approximately 2 weeks before the end of phase 2.
