At some point during the event, you can see Thrall and Garrosh Hellscream fight in Orgrimmar arena, you can also see Saurfang running around, Sylvanas and Putress at the entrance of the arena with a map of the world in front of them.

It was nice , wonder what will happen next.

Maybe they'll for once offer us a surprise for the opening , maybe they won't let us enter Northrend and let us attend a mighty fight during 2 days before we finally can get there ...

Spent about 5 minutes in a completely laggy Orgrimmar before I switched to Stormwind. Already a handful of level ones gathered around the king so hopefully we see something there tonight as well.

It's set on a loop, of about 15 minutes. Thrall, Hellscream, Sylvannas talk over a map, Hellscream challenges Thrall to duel because he considers him not bold enough to lead, they duke it out only to be interupted by arthas yelling, aboms and frostwyrms attack the city, they run out together to fight the aboms and frostwyrms, sit for 5 mins, repeat.

There is also a Necropolis floating outside Org's entrance, doesnt seem to be doing anything though.

Funny thing that the Frost Wyrms pick up the guards and drop them down. Thats a new addition atleast. Sylvanas is using blink + shooting with her bow.

The Necropolis has been there since the beginning of the scourge invasion. It's got to do with the level 10 quest given at the entrance of Orgrimmar.

Sad, the yells from the herald of the lich king were actually voiceovers during beta (the event wasn't happening, but the voiceovers were in the MPQ's). Guess they forgot to patch them in 3.0.

I'm on the Gilneas server (obviously <--) and there is nothing going on in Stormwind Harbor or in Orgrimmar.

I'm hearing we "didn't win enough battles"...does this have any relevance?
