Who are we?
We are a focused 10 man guild, comprised of (generally) mature players. We have fun doing raids for the sake of the raid itself, and are dedicated to getting achievements and doing hard modes so our members can get titles/mounts. We're a relatively new guild, only a few months into existence, though many of our players have been playing this game for a long time on and off.

Where are we?
US-Magtheridon (PVP)

What do we raid?
We raid 10 mans, and only 10 mans, our focus is on forming and maintaining a tight-knit group of 10 players, with a good raid composition that can knock out hardmodes and get achievements effectively. We currently raid:
-Ulduar Harmdodes
-Onyxia 10
-Trial of the Crusader

We don't raid ToGC10 yet, as we're trying to focus on Ulduar to get everyone their mounts.

What are we looking for?
-Warlocks
-Druids
-Priests

We have 3 spots open, and at the moment these are the classes we need for core raiders. We also have spots for non-raider members if you're interested in being a back up or just socializing, something to keep in mind if you have lower level friends or non-raiding friends.

What are we looking for in our raiders?
-Maturity, most of our members are University/College students or older, and we're looking to play with a similar group of people in that sense.

-Consistency, one thing we need in a 10 man guild with 10 core raiders is for people to be consistently able to show up on time, the occasional forewarned absence is fine, but if your life doesn't allow you to make our raid times 90% of the time, please don't apply. We don't want to pug people for Herald of the Titans.

-Reason, we want the reason you want to raid to be the raid itself, not the gear. Sure gear is fun, but it's just a means to do harder content, if you're only interested in the gear you're eventually going to find you hit a ceiling, especially with the way Blizzard is shitting on 10 man guilds by giving anyone who runs heroic access to the same/better stuff in many slots. So, if you're not really just interested in having fun and doing 10 mans, go join a 25 man guild.

-Skill, we will be doing hardmodes and difficult achievements, right now we're making sure everyone has proper gear for the Herald of the Titans achievement for instance, which is something we want to do in the future after we fill these last 3 spots. So if you're not a very good player, perhaps you should start somewhere else.

Things to Expect/Know About
-We don't do 25 mans, I know this seems redundant, but I can't mention this enough, you're free to PUG them on off nights, but we will -never- be doing them, and you need to be aware of this ahead of time. We've had people who said they were aware of this, leave because they said they wanted to do 25s, if you think you want to do 25s, don't apply.

-I can be rough, be prepared to take a little abuse if you mess up! If you have no tolerance for a little abuse, you should probably go elsewhere, we're all friends here, and no one's getting ostracized for screwing up, but you might get called out on it if you fuck up, just be aware.

-Harassment, it's not tolerated, be aware we are not a male only guild, and though are female members aren't activist feminists, and they can take humor and good fun like everyone else, over the top sexual harassment, or harassment of any kind is unacceptable.

-Vent, have it, and have a decent mic, and hopefully a headset too. It shouldn't be painful for everyone else every time you talk, and we also shouldn't have to type to communicate with you during a raid.

-Attitude, have a decent one, realize we're going to wipe, we're doing hardmodes and achievements, have a good attitude, don't take everything too seriously, but don't blow it off either.

-Preparation, be prepared! We try to help our members out with flasks and food ahead of time, but make sure whether it comes from the auction or you get it from us that you come prepared, this means flasks, food, reagents and money for repairs. If we're trying new content, I don't want to see people saying they have to leave because they cant afford repairs.

Still interested?
If you've read all the above and t his seems like your cup of tea, please let me know in game on Magtheridon, my character is Endras, you can contact me via whisper or get in touch via the mail to set up a time where we can talk. If you're interested in transferring just make a lv1 and do the same thing, I don't have lv1s blocked. Thanks!

Bump, and I wanted to make a quick little mention of something I had forgotten in the original post, as some may be wondering.

Why only 10 mans?
Organizing 25 people can be messy, and frustrating, especially when you're talking about a game, something most reasonable people put below real life and the many things that brings along with it. Our members all have real lives, many of us our students. I myself am a student of game design in my senior year, and the amount of time I have to devote to WoW is limited, in fact I shouldn't be playing at all, and I wouldn't save that I play this game to keep in contact with my girlfriend who lives out of state.

So for us, those who are busy in real life, we like to just do the 10 mans, we know that if we have 10 people who know each other well, and can make it to the times 99% of the time, we can start on time, and clear on schedule, get the achievements and hardmodes down that we need to, and not have to worry about 250% more people to be missing, to go afk, to screw up etc. So if real life is your priority, but you can still know with a decent amount of certainty that Sun-Wed nights late 9pm-1am will usually be free for you, look us up.
