LF viable frost pvp spec for lvl 70, im not sure

first i have to say that i only pvp.

i'm wondering if i should go deep in frost spec for "chilled to the bone" and "deep freeze" but doing so i would drop the 17 points in arcane for improved cs.

i think improved cs is important for pvp and arena, dunno what you guys would propose.

imo imp cs is better than deep freeze because its instant cast. in order to use deep freeze target needs to be either snared in frost nova or under finger of ice effect.

Something I made, and I find it to be really fun is 0/27/34 I don't know if it's really viable at all but I love having blastwave and ice barrier.
