PvP hit cap SL/SL lock?

Anyone know the cap for PvP? :)

I think its 202 in PvE destro, but what for SL/SL PvP?

For a 70 vs 70 it's 3% so 2/5 suppression would cap your affliction spells without any spell hit and it'd take 38 hit to cap the rest.
