Trinkets in my macro

Hey,

So today i got "The Skull of Gul'dan" (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32483)
I also got "Hex Shrunken Head" (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=33829)

The problem is that i can't use them on same time 8-)

My question is, wich one should i use together with combustion and IV combo for max dps output (brutallus tries atm)

Im using this macro atm:

/cast Combustion
/stop casting
/cast Icy Veins
/stop casting
/use Hex Shrunken Head
/stop casting
/cast Fireball

Id say pop the skull after with a destro pot IF u can afford to

I know this is probably old news to you but the new blizz system has gotten rid of the stop cast nessecity...regardless

I would probablly link one or the other to a seperate but as frequently used macro instead of one larger macro, ie one to IV and another to combustion (skull to IV and HSH to combustion imo)...it may make you have to push another button but once you get used to it i think it would/could be more helpful since ones cooldowns are up as the others go down

So it will be like this:

/cast combustion
/use Hex Shrunken Head
( /use Flame cap )
/cast Fireball


And after 20 sec:

/cast Icy Veins
/use The Skull of Gul'dan
( /use Destruction Potion)
/cast Fireball

more or less =)...reason i linked IV to SKull and Combustion to HSH is because combustion linked to the skull wouldnt yeild you more damageing crits but just use up the spell quicker with faster cast crits as where a HSH pop would give you a bit more bang on those crits.

IV and the skull...well thats just a serious amount of haste that will last longer and to a greater effect...I cant give you numbers but im pretty sure thats how it should look
