Shadowbolt Destro Gear Question

Hello all, you might remember me from the Leo Warlock Tank Thread. I saw in my guild's Gbank that we have a pattern for Boots of Blasting, and im a 375 tailor, but i also have Frozen Shadoweave Full set. I do some dps on my lock occasionally in kara when im not tanking leo and my hunter is saved and im wondering, is boots of blasting better than FSW for a Shadowbolt Destro Lock? It will definately break the set, but is it better? My opinion is its a little better because i don't need heals too much except when im on Blue beam for Netherspite, but then again, i always love being on the healing charts :p jk

not 100% but think it depends on if your hit capped/have the crit needed for good destro.

They are much better then fsw however like the above poster said it also depends on your other gear extra hit over 202 is wasted as is an over abundance of crit, however if you are currently wearing 3/3 fsw I can almost guarantee it will be a huge upgrade.

yes, it is a huge upgrade to FSW, as, if ure still wearing the full set you prolly dont have hit capped...a link to the armory would help lots too

Theres the link to my damage gear, unbuffed shadow is just a hair under 800, and as you can see i have 64 hit >.< this toon is mainly doing kara, however, and im not even sure if i should try.

WotLK is coming tho, and i could prolly use all the help i can to get to 80 but some insight into this problem.

I would keep Frozen Shadoweave and focus on upgrading item not breaking your set.

If you plan to level it to 80 , Frozen Shadoweave will be the best choice.

id say get the boots of blasting, since the set bonus from fsw is both useless and annoying....

drain life is much more effective :)
